EHR Documentation and Chart Support
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient charts by uploading documents (labs, referrals, intake forms, imaging), labeling files appropriately, and tracking outstanding documentation.
  • Ensure chart readiness by verifying demographic and administrative details and preparing documentation before each visit.
  • Support provider documentation by routing internal messages, attaching relevant forms, and updating chart notes based on administrative or provider-directed inputs.
Administrative Workflow Management
  • Monitor assigned task queues within the EHR to identify incoming forms, refill requests, or documentation needs, and ensure they are completed or routed appropriately.
  • Track administrative follow-ups (e.g., pending referrals, lab uploads, returned messages) to ensure workflow continuity and reduce provider interruptions.
  • Organize and manage electronic documentation to support provider productivity, compliance, and timely chart completion.
Communication and Coordination
  • Route internal messages between providers, front desk, and care coordinators to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Notify team members of missing forms or documents and follow up as needed using established internal protocols.

  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Navigates the EHR efficiently to create, organize, and maintain patient charts, task queues, and documentation workflows.
  • Administrative Documentation Support: Accurately uploads and labels medical records, intake forms, referrals, labs, and other supporting documentation.
  • Workflow Management: Understands how to prioritize, track, and escalate administrative tasks within digital workflows to maintain smooth operational support.
  • Patient Data Management: Updates non-clinical patient information (demographics, contact, insurance details) based on internal protocols.
  • Digital Organization: Maintains clean, consistent digital records and uses system folders, flags, or categories to organize workflow by urgency and task type.
  • HIPAA and Privacy Compliance: Handles Protected Health Information (PHI) in full compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality across all workflows.

  • Attention to Detail: Carefully reviews and enters documentation, tracks task completion, and ensures accuracy in patient records.
  • Internal Communication: Collaborates with team members and providers using clear, professional internal messaging within the EHR and communication platforms.

Client Work Requirements

Compensation Structure

Compensation for selected candidates typically ranges between USD $500 – $1,000 per month, depending on:

  • Total years of relevant experience
  • Role-specific competencies
  • Industry alignment

All compensation decisions are made at the discretion of the Talent Acquisition team, based on structured evaluation criteria and professional judgment. We are committed to maintaining a fair and non-discriminatory selection process.
