Employee Records and Documentation
  • Maintain and update digital employee records, including job titles, status changes, compensation details, and contact information.
  • File and track compliance documents such as I-9s, W-4s, NDAs, and policy acknowledgment forms.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding workflows by preparing and tracking welcome packets, checklists, and documentation status.
Payroll Support and Data Prep
  • Compile hours worked, PTO usage, and deduction data for payroll submission based on time-tracking systems or manager inputs.
  • Reconcile basic discrepancies between timesheets and policy rules (e.g., holidays, leave eligibility) and flag exceptions to HR/Payroll leads.
  • Ensure payroll inputs are complete and submitted on time to internal payroll processors or external providers.
Leave and Time-Off Tracking
  • Log and update sick leave, vacation time, FMLA, and other leave types into tracking systems or spreadsheets.
  • Notify managers or HR leads of upcoming leave events and ensure supporting documentation is received and filed.

  • Employee Recordkeeping Systems: Maintains structured and up-to-date digital personnel files using HRIS platforms or secure folders.
  • Payroll Batch Preparation: Gathers accurate time, deduction, and adjustment data to support timely and error-free payroll processing.
  • Compliance Documentation Management: Tracks and files employment eligibility, tax, and compliance documentation with precision and confidentiality.
  • Time-Off and Leave Log Maintenance: Ensures timely tracking of PTO, FMLA, and similar leave categories based on policy requirements.
  • HRIS or Spreadsheet Tools: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets or HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, Rippling, or similar) for logging and organizing employee data.
  • Data Security and HIPAA/Confidentiality Awareness: Handles sensitive employment and compensation data in compliance with internal privacy policies.

  • Discretion and Trustworthiness: Handles confidential employee data and sensitive company information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Organization and Follow-Through: Tracks multiple deadlines, files, and data sets accurately across daily and recurring tasks.
  • Professional Reliability: Follows internal timelines, communicates status updates, and completes workflows with minimal oversight.
  • Team Communication: Communicates clearly with HR, finance, and department leads regarding deadlines, missing data, or pending documentation.
  • Problem Solving Mindset: Recognizes and flags discrepancies, outdated documentation, or inefficiencies in processes, helping the team improve workflows.

Client Work Requirements

Upon placement with a client, applicants will be required to remain available on video (webcam on) during working hours via designated communication platforms, as part of standard remote work protocols and client expectations.

Compensation Structure

Compensation for selected candidates typically ranges between USD $500 – $1,000 per month, depending on:

  • Total years of relevant experience
  • Role-specific competencies
  • Industry alignment

All compensation decisions are made at the discretion of the Talent Acquisition team, based on structured evaluation criteria and professional judgment. We are committed to maintaining a fair and non-discriminatory selection process.

Final compensation and placement decisions are determined at the time of client assignment and are considered final and non-contestable.
