  • Maintain complex executive calendars, including meeting scheduling across time zones, recurring appointments, and protected focus time.
  • Monitor and organize executive inboxes, flagging urgent messages, drafting replies, and ensuring timely responses to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics (Zoom links, agendas, attendees) and pre-meeting preparation materials.
Meeting Documentation and Coordination
  • Draft meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and document action items and decisions with clarity and accuracy.
  • Track post-meeting follow-ups, assign task owners, and update shared documentation platforms or task systems (e.g., Asana, Notion).
  • Support meeting cadence across internal leadership, external vendors, and client-facing stakeholders.
Administrative Support and Communication
  • Prepare presentations, reports, or operational documents using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, event registrations, or off-site planning when needed.
  • Liaise professionally on behalf of the executive with internal departments, clients, or board members.

Client Work Requirements

Compensation Structure

Compensation for selected candidates typically ranges between USD $500 – $1,000 per month, depending on:

  • Total years of relevant experience
  • Role-specific competencies
  • Industry alignment

All compensation decisions are made at the discretion of the Talent Acquisition team, based on structured evaluation criteria and professional judgment. We are committed to maintaining a fair and non-discriminatory selection process.

Final compensation and placement decisions are determined at the time of client assignment and are considered final and non-contestable.
