EHR Documentation and Visit Tracking
  • Preload charts and patient records ahead of scheduled chiropractic visits based on previous notes, plans of care, and visit type.
  • Update and maintain SOAP notes and care plan progress summaries based on provider inputs or post-visit updates.
  • Upload administrative documentation and ensure all relevant notes are appropriately labeled, organized, and accessible.
Follow-Up Coordination and Care Plan Management
  • Track the progression of care plans to support proper appointment sequencing and visit frequency monitoring.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of recurring appointments or care-related communications through internal documentation tracking.
  • Route documentation or updates to the clinical team for further action as needed.
Workflow Support and Administrative Communication
  • Assist providers with post-visit workflow documentation, inbox task support, or internal message routing related to administrative needs.
  • Maintain accurate task tracking and communication within the EHR to ensure documentation workflows are completed on time.

  • Chiropractic SOAP Note Familiarity: Understands chiropractic-specific terminology and note formatting (e.g., subluxation findings, adjustments, outcomes).
  • EHR Navigation and Documentation: Efficiently navigates the EHR to update care notes, upload documentation, and manage patient records.
  • Care Plan Progress Tracking: Monitors scheduled visits against approved care plans to support clinical documentation and visit flow.
  • Visit Flow Documentation: Documents progress updates, missed sessions, or modifications to the care plan as instructed by the provider.
  • Document Organization: Uploads and labels visit notes, forms, and attachments to ensure accuracy and compliance in recordkeeping.
  • HIPAA and Privacy Compliance: Maintains strict confidentiality of all Protected Health Information in digital workflows and communications.

  • Patient-Facing Empathy (Indirect): Demonstrates sensitivity and attentiveness to patient care timelines, ensuring workflows stay on track even without direct interaction.
  • Accuracy in Clinical Context: Pays close attention to detail when reviewing and updating documentation to avoid transcription or tracking errors.
  • Administrative Communication: Communicates clearly and efficiently with providers and team members to clarify missing details, route documents, or close workflow loops.
  • Reliability and Task Ownership: Maintains consistent follow-through on documentation and coordination tasks to ensure no details are overlooked.
  • Time Management: Balances pre-visit, mid-day, and post-visit responsibilities efficiently within digital task queues or shared provider schedules.

Client Work Requirements

Upon placement with a client, applicants will be required to remain available on video (webcam on) during working hours via designated communication platforms, as part of standard remote work protocols and client expectations.

Compensation Structure

Compensation for selected candidates typically ranges between USD $500 – $1,000 per month, depending on:

  • Total years of relevant experience
  • Role-specific competencies
  • Industry alignment

All compensation decisions are made at the discretion of the Talent Acquisition team, based on structured evaluation criteria and professional judgment. We are committed to maintaining a fair and non-discriminatory selection process.

Final compensation and placement decisions are determined at the time of client assignment and are considered final and non-contestable.
