Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The Sales Development Representative SDR is responsible for generating qualified pipeline by executing structured outreach, engaging prospective clients, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team. Operating in a remote, process-driven environment, this role ensures that all outbound and inbound interactions are aligned with defined sales cadences, qualification frameworks, and CRM tracking standards.
The SDR serves as the first point of contact in the sales process—introducing Health & Virtualsʼ operational support model to prospective clients and identifying whether there is a clear fit based on business needs, readiness, and alignment.
By maintaining disciplined outreach, consistent follow-up, and accurate pipeline tracking, the SDR plays a critical role in ensuring predictable and scalable revenue generation.
Success in this role requires consistency, clarity in communication, structured execution, and the ability to manage high-volume outreach without compromising quality or follow-through.
